We have being making preserves for a number of years and have now decided to turn our hobby into a buisness

Parkers preserves have been trading since November 2005 and are continually expanding our product range

We do not use any artificial colouring , flavourings, or preservatives, only sugars and vinegars

Ingredients are sourced from markets or farm shops and we try to buy fair trade items where possible

We only make small batches to there might be a variation in colour but this does not affect the taste

Most chutneys are better after about 3 months of making so we are sometimes low in stock of certain items
